In 2024, a question started nagging: if AI is genuinely as powerful as everyone claims, why are most "AI agencies" just consultants with ChatGPT?
The capabilities were real. The applications were obvious. But everywhere we looked, the delivery was thin. Agencies charging premium fees for prompt engineering advice. "AI automation" that was mostly Zapier with a new coat of paint. Consultants presenting decks about transformation who'd never actually built anything.
The gap between what was possible and what was being delivered was enormous. So we decided to close it — not by hiring a big team, not by raising funding. By building an AI agency using AI agents.
